feat(srm): 添加文档查询中站点过滤功能

- 在 SrmDocumentMapper.xml 中新增站点条件判断
- 当 site 参数不为空时添加数据库查询条件
- 保持原有文档类型过滤逻辑不变
- 修复 XML 文件末尾多余空行问题
