In this case are you saying that there is a password prompt for the users credentials? Clear the Windows Credential manager or recreate the users Outlook profile. In fact if you just turned on MFA and you were not using MFA before you usually end up having to rebuild the profile and clearing the credential manager. If you are saying that they are getting multiple MFA prompts then this is an out of sync issue with the wrong code being used. |

The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action. Create your account and connect with a world of communities. I cannot find the phone number again to contact MS Office support (eventually they were helpful, but only after insisting they help!), I'm in the Netherlands so if someone has a phone number, I'd love to get it again. |

I cannot find the phone number again to contact MS Office support (eventually they were helpful, but only after insisting they help!), I'm in the Netherlands so if someone has a phone number, I'd love to get it again.Before you access it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.On the off chance that none of these things solve this issue for you, please contact our support team atClear the Windows Credential manager or recreate the users Outlook profile.Right now we have it set to prompt when a user is not on any of our corporate networks or they are using a mobile device.The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable.We checked with Word that the account was connected–it was and the we opened Outlook and it immediately connected. |

In each case the fix has either been one of the above items or a combination of them. There doesn’t appear to be any pattern to the issue occurring or the problem being limited to any specific computer or user. My client’s Outlook will only continuously ask for the password after MFA is enforced and Office.com has been logged in. Close and open your web browser again and go into [diagnose Office activation conflicts](https://sensualmarketplace.com/read-blog/48556_how-to-fix-outlook-syncing-issues.html) SuiteFiles. You will most likely need to enter your Microsoft 365 credentials again so ensure you tick any box that says remember my credentials but it should now work for all future documents you open and not require your credentials. Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support. I regret that you are experiencing issues with your Microsoft installation. |

Microsoft Outlook 2016 and some recent builds of Outlook 2013 are not affected by this issue. Those versions have been updated to prevent the problem that is described in the "Symptoms" section. These versions have the Logon network security setting disabled or removed from the Microsoft Exchange email account [FixTechGuide support for Office 365](https://code.swecha.org/mattieboldt686/3695fix-outlook-and-office365-sync-issues/-/issues/1) settings. It requests me to login to my microsoft account. I then approve the login with my authenticator app. Then i get rerouted to the login page again to repeat the process. |
